how do u edit halo with action replay

is there any way that i can make mods for halo using action replay so i dont have to get a mod chip......and how do u mod halo for x-box...is it different than modding halo for pc.

You cant use Action replay to do mods. You must have soft modded your box or have a chip installed. But all those gamesaves saying to play as an Elite, not too sure about those
