is there Other ways to mod your xbox without mod chip?

Can I get a disc or somthing to start instead of a modchip because I dont wanna take apart my xbox IF THERE IS ANY WAY PLEASE TELL ME

ok nOOb use the search... yes, its called soft modding, do some research on it before you do it. :roll:
