VERY GOOD IDEA

i think someone should try their best to make halo pc coop. that would be the best. it could run like they have the servers now. i dont understand why microsoft didnt put in coop. ALOT OF PEOPLE WANT COOP. if anyone can do it then please do it. it wouldnt be that hard. they would have the people join in game. I WISH THERE WAS COOP

Well, it'd be impossible to make a co-op mode without rewriting the game engine (it's really, really hard, nearly impossible).
The reason Microsoft/Bungie/GearBox didn't put in a co-op mode in the PC version is probably because they still want people to buy the X Box version.

Actually they said that co-op was in the process for PC...Gearbox was "hard at work" doing it lol
But serioulsy....I don't think anyone here would be able to do that. you'd have to have a REALLY good idea of the game engine build

there is a co-op on the xbox version but that was on the same console so i dont knwo if because woo that would be hard

If Gearbox was hard at work on making Halo PC Co-op then why didn't i hear anything... If there is a web address for what u heard then i would greatly appreciate it.

co op wouldnt work if u had a server for it
becuz u would play a level with someone and thenboth leave and save it and then u wanna go on but your co op partner isnt there so you have to start over
or what if your playing and one of you leave halo
and then halo crashes because you playin on co op with only one player

rofl, yeah.
Once someone Tk's in co-op though, they should make it so they become your enemy (like in SP when you kill marines). Then again, that's just turn it into slayer...

yeah and there would also be the expert players who beat a level 4 minutes before you get to the first check point.

well if there are gonna be people like that then turn on ur console and kick them...duh
