MapFusionC app that loads map in C++ with tut

Ok me and DarkMetal decided to learn c++ a few days ago so we made a little app that loads map in c++

We also decided we should share this knowlage with everyone so we made a tut. We are still working on it so there is goin to be updates.

Yes it is alot like C# not very hard to learn. But we did put alot of time and effort in this.
