HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I just started usin VB and i've been folloin tutorials from a book i have but now im folloin one that has u usin ASP.NET Web Application and when i go to "new project" theres no choice to use ASP.NET Web Application only Windows Application and Console Application.

Wat do i do?
