Opening a halo map in objective C or C

Well I was wondering if anyone new how to Open a halo map in objective C or C. There are no tutorials what i want to do is make it view the strings like CH2R or mabey dot halo.

CH2R is an open source application writtien in C, so download that and try to learn from it.

There are many different ways of opening halo maps, some are complex but more accurate, and some are less cide and less accurate. To open a Halo map you have to know alot about the stucture of the map. So I suggest finding out alot about the structure of the map, the tag, and the metas.
