If someone would like to refer to me a modeling program that doesn't automatically add vertices or indices besides 3ds max and Wings because both of those add. Thank you...

try milkshape, go to http://files.halomods.com and go under utenciles (cant spell) and look up milkshape, or go to that site and use search.
