Here is HDSRC (Halo Dedicated Server Replacement Client)
This program includes the following features...
-Automaticly starts your dedicated server as soon as you run this.
-Adds a easy to use point and click interface to the dedicated server
-Makes the dedicated server program almost newb proof. (As long as you know how to install the dedicated server and read english you can run a dedicated server.
-It also allows for advanced users to load map cycle files (hence forth called .hmc files.) I've yet to create the program to make these map cycle files, but for now they are set up like the sample one included in the download
