I was wondering if there was a program out there that detects what variables are changed at a certain time. That way, I could isolate the variable that switches to First Person when you jump out of a vehicle, therefore sustaining that thirdperson view.

Get a memory address finder. Works like a code finder for Gameshark or some emulators.

most likely, considering all the devmod hacks around, if u can find a creator of one u can ask him for the memory locations urself
