Trial Maps to Full

Alot of people only have the trail of Halo because there too cheap to by the game lol.I wanted to make a program that converts Halo trial maps to Halo retail and back.If you can program in VB post here.

Will i dont have any knowledge in programming, but this is a bad idea... The reason being(if this could be possible) that no one would need to buy if we could do this and then we would have problems all over with bungie and such

I scrapped the original idea.Peoplpe have done pc,to ce.ce to xbox.Im just working on converting the bg trial map to pc so u can edit it in s/e and hmt better.

umm well i tried to hex the trial map to pc and it looks like it has a whole different base code than pc or ce does

back in the day you could switch the header or something like that and you could edit it in all the full version programs
but i havent modded in about a year and forgot how to do that
something with hex editing or meta editing

to tell u the trueth i would not do dont take this the bad way i would love to do it but i think u would get sued or someting like that form bungie who no,s but if they would not do it i would be more happy to do it

Put periods in you sentances.But anyway,all this will do is convert bg trial map to the full so you can mod it.Not give a free retail version
