General C++ EE

Ok i have been working on this tutorial for a couple days now and decided to release as is. There is only one incomplete part, but it is a very good C++ tutorial if you are getting started.

Hahah, all the other programmers are at the files forums, but that place is mean I don't like it. I think I have like 3 total posts over there,but I'm an elite here lol. Patrickssj6 usuallyposts here too, but I don't know where he's been lately.
