help with dual wielding and other questions

ok i made a pretty good model of dual wielded smg's out of the rocket launcher but mc holds it all wierd is there a way to change how he holds it? and does anyone know how to make the bullets shoot out of both guns? and i have phenomena's weapon plugin. and lastly does anyone know how to make the marines drive vehicles with phenomena's vehicle plugin?
