Time stopping

Just out out of question.Halo is run in frames per second or fps.So by decreasing the amount,you could slow down or stop time?

No, FPS is just how fast the screen is going. IT depends on your PC.
Frames Per Second, Frames being the screens that pass by.
So if you decrease it in some way, you will set the screen still, but the game will be going on for other gamers.

I found a program that stops time.Sadley,its only for Halo 1.1
I emailed him for the scorce so I could make it 1.5,well ill know soon enough.

I made the program stop time online,and I can use it for 1.05 now.Sry,can release it though.Hint:Ruins Halo pc
