were can i get a program so i can make my video resolution smaller. I made a video something like 700 by 350 resolution. And when i import it to after effect 5 and it saying that its to big. SO i want to make it smaller. Please i need help. Need to make a video.

Reencode the video. You can change the resolution there, in your codec's options (whatever codec that might be).
