open up the DDS file that contains the rims, and just copy the section which has the wheels spinning, and paste it over the section of the wheels standing still.

that will just change the wheel to the motion blurred textute when still, but not actaually make the wheels rotate.

well is there any way to paste in custom rims cuz i know a site where it shows it spin could i maybe paste that on there or something??
