White replaced with beige in Photoshop?!?!

I'm busy working on making bitmaps and skinning my level I'm working on. But, just today, Photoshop decided to give me a problem: White has been replaced on ALL color scales and selectors with a light beige. It affects new bitmaps I make, pictures I open (it tints them beige), and basically anything I work on. As a result, it's throwing every bitmap I make off in tone, plus the fact that the screenies I'm using for references open up tinted, and as such are off too. :( Can anyone help me with this problem and tell me how to get white back??? Thanx in advance for your help.

1. Convert to RGB if you havn't already.. This probably wont do a thing though
2. Try pressing Ctrl Y, sometimes i accidentally press that and it throws off all my colors (turns it to "CYMK" mode or something) and u just press it again and it will go back to normal
3. Your monitor colours are messed?
4. Restart your comp...

thanx venomai, but none of those helped. I had already restarted twice, double checked and triple-checked my monitor, and made sure it was in the right color mode.....it's a real weird glitch....I may end up just re-installing, but I wanna try to avoid that if possible. Anyone else have any ideas of what might be wrong?
