lighting

hey i got gmax and i made a low-ceiling maze building inside a hangemhigh style level.......when i entered the building it was friggin dark..... so basically i need to know how to light the whole place up and not do any fancy lighting effects.........i just wanna see....

well you can just import some like flood lights from 343 or make your textures lighter ( dont it sucks) thats really the only thing i can think of untill grnadiac tells how to make lights

Light are easy to make.

All you need is a plane that has a texture on one side. Put a "!" in front of the texture name so its render only.

Next when you are creating a new shader use the shader_transparent_chicago one. You can set the color and strength of the light along with alot of other stuff in Guerilla too. Compile your map and thats it.

Whalla, now that plane gives off light :)
