Ok i need help skining with these tow but which one is the best one.I have ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 2.0 startes edtion and hex work shop 4.1 which is the best one and how do i skin.Because im dieing to skin that my head will explode

if you try to skin with hex workshop...you'll be sorely dissapointed.
check out my skinnning tutorial, and, btw, u shud prob upgrade ur photoshop.
