Water bitmap?

Ok, In the map I am creating I am surrounding an island with water. I know how to do that, but I do not know which bitmap to use for the water. The closest one i could finds was the "waves water detail" or whatever under b30. I put that in PSP8, and made it more blue. That is my placeholder for now, but do you know if there is an actual lake\water bitmap. It seems to be the same in all the maps I have seen, maybe I am missing something?
