color brush? I don't think there is one...but you can set the airbrush mode to color and use that.

ive made 1. there is 1 in photoshop 6 though!

to like replace one color with another? if so go to image -> adjustments -> replace color you can do it there, but I know what your talking about it works but isnt the greatest, im sure theres another way just not sure, u can use this one and selective color to do alot.
