JMS Export Crashes

I'm trying to export a 6000 poly map and when I try and export to JMS - I get a dialog box saying theres been an error and I get put back to desktop. 
Anyone else seen this or similar problems?
Here's the map (WIP).
Any help would be gratefully recieved - are there any log/error files I could look at?
To give you an idea of scale, if you follow the front/top white line across, and when you get roughly in the middle, you should see a few dark pixels - thats the Master Chief (lol).. Its a big map..!!!
My guess there's too much for blitzkrieg to cope with... I'll have to see if I can run the export on the command line / cmd shell, and look out for error messages.???
