Is there a way to put skins made for Halo original in CE? if not, how can you put custom skins in it? This has most likely been asked before but i really want to know. thanks in advance

Yes, it's kind of confusing. Save your .dds file as a .tif file, and keep it the same name as the .bitmap file in your tags directory, and place it in the same directory, but instead in the data folder.
