HMT TOOL I NEED HELP!!!

When i try and open HMT 3.5 it says the application failed to initialize properly & the same thing happens when i try to open HMT 3.0. Someone plz help me. Oh yeah where can i find .dds plugin.

most people have this problem, download microsoft's .net framework here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... layLang=en, and install it. Then you should be able to open it up...
