3ds Max Error

Ok when I try to run my trial version for 3ds Max 6 I always get this stupid error. Here is a pic of the error.
Can someone tell me whats wrong and what to do?

go to add/ remove programs and click change on 3ds max, then do repair. saved me many times.

Ok I did that but I still got the same error when I tried to run it. The error came right when I got the program. I have never been able to use it.
