i have a problem i dont have a program to edit the textures i got off of HMT 3.5 I dont have a program that can handle that format am I suposed to change format somehow or somethin or do i need a certain program?

You need to get photoshop. IF u have an earlier version, u can buy cheap upgrades on adobes website. I'll leave that up to u.
