now that hek is out i have modeled a little more intensive. waddaya think? second gun render modeled after an m16.

its pretty good. It needs a little more of something. I dont know what, but that model cud be a lot better if it had.....umm....something else. Very nice model as is though. I cudnt even begin to take that kind of time.

Im sorry but that model is hell... you haven't welded the gun togehter after it looks like you have mirroed half of it, you haven't even look at reference pictures only a side since the m16 handle on the top goes all the way accross the gun, and you need a cylinder for the barrel! and the mesh is horrible...

i do agree with it looing mirrored. need to fix that. i had 2 faces for the handle but when i smoothed it pulled them apart. i can fix that. btw i did use anim8or to make the whole thing.

this is what an m16 should look like:
If you make the bottom one with the nade launcher and somehow mod it to be able to have secondary fire(to shoot nades) u would be the man!

yeah ur right. it's like some variation of teh m16. i got it somewhere at www.colt.com but now i can't find the name of the gun. i searched through all of em. but i can post the reference pic if anyone wants?
