I cant seem to find the PSP8 Plugins folder. Help?

Ok its go to start then my computer then click on your C drive then go to program files then to Jasc Software INC then in there click on Paint shop pro 8 then the file for plugins is in there. Also when you download the plugin file it helps to allready have winrar for it then you just extract it to that plugin folder.
