How do I turn the sniper rifle model in the Shotgun model??

Ok... basically I want two shotguns in the game.... How is this done?
Can someone explain it.
What I've tried is saving the shotgun PC models an then extracted them onto the sniper rifle.... (which messed up alot) an it turned out 85.2% correct on the ground an .2% on First person view.
