how would i:

1) make the colors duller and blend together better

2) add decals

on the top tags where it says filter go to filter gallery and look through those to see wut will look good
most of them dont look good on the whole picture u have to use the magic wand and click on the shapes u skinned originaly to make it look good

if you are using photoshop then take the brush and spray random weird shapes on, not that hard
and to add decals save the picture u want in a file and open up a bitmap and the picture u want
and then take the eliptical marquee tool (or the rectangular whichever works better) and open that around the places u want the decal, edit, copy it and then over the bitmap take the marquee tool again and do the same size as close as possible and then edit, paste it and it should show up their
remember if it lettering it will show up backwords on the other side of the car

and on the blending the colors thing.....i want the camo to look dull and blended like the P40 banshee's camo

.......how do i make my avatar smaller

Yeah even though i'm not one to talk my avatar is not to 80x80 pixel standard. try resize the way i described in my last posts edit.
yours needs to be reduced alot.
just a warning you are probably gonna get flamed seeing how some people in the forums would rather flame you than help you.

mail me both hog skins if you can.
I wanna add some decals to em.

thanks,
