HALO MAP TOOLS ERROR

Halo Map Tools won't work for me!
I've downloaded it at least 6 times and i get the same error: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded
Any help on how to fix this would be great...

please search for topics before u post them search for .net framewok u gotta get it at microsoft.com look ffor urself

I cant find anything about .NET framework...AT microsoft.com any other suggestions? OR you can help me find someting about it on Microsoft.com...

HMT is a Rar. File and youll need WinRar to decompress it. Using winrar open the fle you downloadded it to and click on HMT. It will automatically open and you might get a warning saying it needs a password. I dont know what the password is though

You need the LATEST version of .NET framework. You get this through windows update which is on your Windows start menu. You may have to actually LOOK for it on windows update, as it is not a critical security patch.

that would be correct.. if only these apps could run without it we wouldnt have so many peeps runnin for help
