Modelling with Milkshape HELP!!!!!

I have a couple of questions...

1.) How come the warthog looks normal from far away, but changes to my mod only when I get closer! How do I change that.

2.) I delete the gunner turret, but when I trie and load, it says,

"Error: Can't inject. Indice and subobject problem.
Maximum indices allowed for subobject 4: 10.
You model's subobject 4 contains: 22"

What does this mean, and how would I fix it.

3.) How do I turn the turret seat off. Make it so you can't get in it?
(This one had nothing to do with MilkShape!)

If you could answer these, that would be GREAT!!

Simple yet... easy too

1) I too have encountered this problem, but untill someone says something your just stuck with it

2)you are not aloud to delete ANY indicies or verticies to my knowledge, just make the bitmap of the turret to a10/cryoglass (your problem means you have too little or too mant indicies or verticies)

3) just go to vehicles->Gunenr seat, and change its name to wraith-driver

1) in the pc models options - there are lots of models ranging from (0) to say (4) - you have to change all of them

I was using the regular warthog though...
Anyway I found a way out of the problem. I compacted all of the vertices into the size of one, and hid it inside the hog, no more error! :D
But I'll try and change all of the hog moddels.
