HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i got and installed .NET framework for HaloModingTools. It still doesn't work! it says "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded" HELP what do i do???

make sure you got all the window updates.

and make shure u have the version its asking for v1.1 so get that then
