How would i make mc half the normal size? how do i make him grunt size, but normal stuff etc.

you need a 3D editing tool. spark edit only changes the map features, like placement of scenery and mp flags. you should get milkshape, its free for 30 days. dont ask me how to use it. to get it use google.

Well use milkshape to model, if you want your halo guy to be x2 smaller use milkshpae its the easiest stuff takes like 2 mins seriously i put a rocket launcher that was 10x its size that thing was huge lol.

Use milkshape and use the scale to size it down. thats all u have to do.
And WTF are you guys talking about rebuilding and crap?
your wrong.
all you have to do is import you new model in
and to make it the grunt, your outta luck, because the model will be distorted. Unless you can model the grunt out of the MC

if all u want to do is make him smaller, export the mc model, use milkshape to select all the verticies of the model and scale them to a negative number depending on how small u want him and then export that as a wavefront obj file and then import that into hmt

follow that collition stretching tut by vegito except with the mc collision model and multiply the z axes by negative w/e u downsized mc by

i wish thew collition model was built into the reg model so it fils in as you change the size of what ever you mod.
