You can only move the vertics currently.

You can NOT add or deleate them,

So you are saying if I wanted to make a scope on the ar, I can just delete as many vertices as the scope takes?
If so then, sweet!

No, it's easy. I did it and I am horrible at modeling! All I did was add a cylander to the top of the assault rifle!
But I still have to find a way to color it  *gulp*
And I'm also bad at skinning/coloring whatever

getting the turret gone is easy, all you do is change the skin to cryo glass and no more turret. you dont need to delete any vertices. or you could smoosh the turret into the veical just as easy.

you cann, just not add. i have a Q too. dose the comp fill in the hole where the vertices were deleted. and when you delet vertices what hapons with the skin. if you where to delete the turret what would happont to where the turrets skin should be. and how would a comp know where to put a new skin on a modded veical. where do you put the arangement a parts on the skin. how is the skin alinged with the veical, is there a point and angel that is specifyed to the comp to compinsate/. what if that point was deleted. iots driving me crazy. my head hurst ahhhhhhhhhh. noooooo what .... would .... noooooo. BOOM!!! X-(

ok im only gonna answer 1 of those lol 2 many questions. when u delete verticies, it also deletes the faces connected to it. so where that vertice used to be there will be a see-thru spot. so...if u deleted all the verticies except 1 u wud have an invisible vehicle

I tried deleting the turret, but it said something about an error when i tried to put the model back in, and I didn't add any vertices either.

Umm, I edited hull(0) if that makes a difference and I deleted the turret butit had an error when i tried to put it back in through HMTv3

this fucked up.
I tried splitting the banshee in half in 3dsm make it then mirror it -then export to obj and open in milkshape to export into hmt (for some reason i can't go straigh from max - hmt)
that didnt work so then i i deleted loads of vertaicies. tht didnt work
then i tried opening milkshape and only moving the vertavies, but it said too many vertacies?
