is there a way i can just use the mods other peeps make so i dont have to make mods cuz i really just cant figure it out,like can i just download a mod and then use it or do i stil need all the probgrams or just 1 of them. please respond

do u want to make a mod off of another one. ex... download mod add it to map then add on. or do u just want to play with the mod. ex... you use mod to play a fun game with freinds over the. internet

well even if u want to download a mod u most likely need a PPF-O-matic which u can download for this site
and if u wanna download like a model or sumthin u will need HMT
no way gettin around programs if u want a mod unless it jus 1 u can switch with a map whcih no1 has anymore
