yeah its good, but for halo its too many polys but im sure u can cut it down more, whats gonna suck is making all the different distances for the gun unless u want it a bit laggy. but hey looking pretty good

first person of the rocket launcher is around 3k in polies. I am going to see if Ican replace this with it maybe, Im going to try and see if ican get my own model in. Even though most say its not possible, an update of the AR-15 coming soon :) including scope trigger and clip :)

if you could match the vetices and indices of the AR(fp and 3p variations) you would have a famous model in the modeling section

unfortuantly it just wouldnt happen, u could spend alot of time and get the same number of faces but since max doesnt have an indecie counter it would be amazingly difficult. I can very much see once hek comes out well get alot of new good models but most of those will just be one model so everyone will replace all the distance models for one high poly one and well have new levels and itll just be a lag fest.

Even then the chunk count would be different and not allow you to import. I tried.

not bad, the grooves on the left hand placement u really should keep that flat and let the skin and bump map for the skin do those details itll cut down on alot of poly and really wouldnt be too much of a difference if done correctly, in game no one would really notice. A few of ur pics are pretty blurry might want to replace those.
