Adding Vehicles

Please could someone make a tuturial on how to get vehicles into maps with HMT by just using thses files av downloaded (i think u have to rebuild the map i dont know though)

(above) they r the kind of files that i want to use to get the vehicles in cuz i av got no idea how to do it.
