HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

1.) what in the world is a .rar form? I've tried downloading that HMT thing or whatever it is for extracting skins and its a .rar and the movies are .rar, what can I do to get over my RARe (sorry, terrible joke, I know) problem?

2.) what kind of files do I have to make to be able to import a model into halo. I've been using 3-D modeling programs for about 3 years now and could make some bad-ass guns if I knew how.

1.)Get winRAR. It's in the downloads section.

2.)I imagine it will be in .3DS, but the SDK isn't here, so we can't import yet.
