Work on a projectile for it using the flamethrower as a base, that would be great!

Put them out to death! That's great, you should definately do a custom projectile and a brutal melee attack.

very origional.

and for the melee, make it something like the sniper's :
a down-lunge

or make it like you hold the tube and swing it around
