HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I can extract and edit a skin just fine, but when I go back to Ch@r and go to the bitmaps to inject it, it says error and I dont get a preview for the old dds. How do I fix this?

When I try to inject it says paramater canot be null
this is all halo 2

have yo saved it as the right dxt format?

I got it down, but in dune I can't inject anything in any format, even after internalization.
