i want to get rid of the scope of the sniper rifel using photoshop? how would i do this?

well since halo doenst use regular ps files u cant by using ps, only things that read ps files can see that transparent color, bout the only thing u can do is model it out

yes, you can do it in photoshop, if you goto the channels window, youll see that there is Red, Green, Blue, and Alpha, what you want to do is change the alpha channel. Alpha changes the transparency based on a value of white to black, no color involved, if the skin starts out with a all white alpha channel, then that means, black makes it transparent, so what you do in color that areas black that you want to be transparent, if you want it semi transparent you can make it greys, i think that only certain formats of .dds files support the greys, i believe its the dxt3
