				How do I make, inject, or find a moving texture for a skin?

				Ive seen on several mods including greennc's cannabis island mod for example that in the walls of the map he has like a see-thrugh wall with like moving marijuana leaves moving in it and on some other maps ive seen like fire coming off a sword. I was just wondering how you got a texture to move like this so if anyone could help me out it would be greatly apprecitated... thanks!

				An effect tag, that predefines where/what the "bitmap(s)" will do, or a model animation. Effects are used in grenade smoke, nuzzles, and other stuff that has moving bitmaps (besides something like the light bridge, or shields, those have moving bitmap scrolls)

i never realised it scrolled. i thought the rig rly rotated :O
