HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok I have this realy good Idea for a map but I dont know where to get the .tif I need. So I was wondering if some body could email me these two .tif files. I need the desert ground from the maw and then I need the .tif that goes on the pillar of autum.

Extract them from the correct sp maps and open them in guerrilla. Then take a snap shot and crop. Or, for better results, extract them as tifs with the bitmap extractor.

Ok it helped alot. But now I cant find the bitmap within HaloCE that I want Can you tell me where it might be. The desert ground from d40 and the pillar of autum bitmap. Thanks

d40\bitmaps should have it. Open them up in guerrilla to check.
the POA bitmaps are in scenery\vehicles\poa\bitmaps

Ya um what you say is incorrect for me. Ive checked everywhere and I cant find them. Also I looked in scenery and theres no vehicle folder and in d40 theres nothing but temp critical and engine critical bitmaps. Also where looking under halo ce tags right.

do you have halo pc( you should) then just get it from there if your having that hard of a time

Ok dude I dont Know what your talking about but halo pc only has 5 folders and none of them hold bitmaps. But if you have the poa and the d40 desert gound please email them to me.

You need to open one of the maps with Halo Map Tools 3.5 in order to get bitmaps from HPC.

if you had done pc modding before going into ce you wouldnt have as many problems
