mapping in psp

ok when im in paint shop pro i was following that tutorial on how to make a map, after he said to blurr the image he said click on the 3rd icon to the right of the tool bar see my tool bar only says materials,overview,browse and layers so what do i do?

2 more q's and i dont wnat nsaliva 2 answer 1.how the hell do i open up the command prompt and 2.where do i get sapien and guerilla from?

Please edit your post next time insted of double posting.
1.) Open your start menu and click run. Then type cmd (WinXP) or command (Win9x). Chances are if you didn't know how to get to command, you don't know how to use it. Search and there are tutorials on how to use it.
2.) They are included in the HEK. Once again, search.

Ok so im in command promp aand my location 4 halo ce is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Editon and in the command thingy I tried to type it and its said it cant do it and the guy in the tut said type tool HELP I DONT GET IT!

ok this is what it says when i go to command prompt C:\documents and Settings\tommy> then what should i type? do i type the \Microsoft Games\ thing?
OK THIS IS WHAT IM TRYING 2 SAY, I DID EVERYTHING HE DID IN THE TUTS NOW ON I THIN TUT # 7 WHERE HE SAY OPEN UP THE CP AND GO TO UR HALO DIRECTORY I GET LOST THERE SO WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE I OPEN UP THE COMMAND PROMPT
SORRY BOUT THE CAPS
