holy crap that's awesome.
I think you're going to have to nake your own dds for that.
using the banshee's colors and the peli's yeeeea...
try importing it into the game under pelicans.

u cant put it in. it needs be made from a model already in the game and only moving verticies, not adding or deleting, and definatly not meshsmoothing.

MAN that sucks

and this modle was made form scracth if i can only do vertex change no way this can go in halo not at lest till hek release.man
and i was working on other an other cov ship.o well

ok thats a cool dropship but how the hell did you skin it? cause im using 3dsmax and i can't figure out thow to skin my models yet in 3ds so if somebody could help me it would be great!

go to render, then go down to material editor, or just hit "m" then pick one of the spheres hit get material button or out of the the file menu, and on that list, hit bitmap itll bring up an open thing and u can pick ur file from there, but if u want your object to have a bump map of the same material u need to do all that stuff but instead of picking bitmap click the bullet next to material library, pick the brick material, then on the material editor menu scroll down where it says maps, under that there will be two things checked: diffuse and bump, to the right of those are map names click on it and ull get a new window scroll down and click on the name again, open ur pic from there, then getout and do it to the bump map one too, if the bump isnt big enough after that then just make that number bigger next to the check mark by bump. U might need to set a box uvw map on your object too, if u need to u can always rotate the bitmap to fit better, but all of this is the "easy" way, like as u can see his map since it was made for the banshee doesnt fit real well, to make anything look good u have to make your own.

my 2 major porblems with modleing i cant make my own maps, and i cant animate iam trying to improve
i like this link its has good tuts they dont have halo tuts but it shows good guide lines to modleing

. i wish evey game haves what half life has half life modle verwer.you can import and export texters like nothing and edit the texters.there would hardly ever be confusion on skinning agin
i hope some one makes this for halo.
