HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

when i import the plug in i get a error which is this:

DLL <Blitzrieg> Failed to initialize.
Error code: 127 - The specified procedure cannot be found.

What am I doing wrong?

what folder are your dll's in and what os do you have

xp, 3ds max 7, and i didnt need to do them dll's
