Post-Blitzkerig problem (aka tool-.jms problem)

Ok, here's the problem. I did all the things to install Blitzkreig. I copied the .dlls into my SYSTEM (I was told this is the same as System32 since there is none on my computer), and put the plugin in the right folder.Then I went into export to .jms.
I saved it and it didn't work. So I did go into the thing under MaxScript and put the check next to Blitzkreig plugin. I tried to save it yet again and failed when I got to tool. It said invalid verification code. Now, it has been 3 weeks of brutally banging my face into the Halomods forums looking for this but all I came up with was a feeling of being beaten!
