3dsm8 export to .jaz or .jas problem

yes i have watched the video tutorials to create my map, and everything seems right until i try to export the model. The video says to go to file-->export-->go to the correct folder(halo ce root folder-->data-->levels-->venom-->models) and export as a .jaz or .jas none of them are found in the dropdown box, so i typed it in in the file and it said it is something like not a valid type. Does anybody know whats wrong with the base in the same pic? I mean, one base is fine but the other is f'd up. Ill post a screenshot...

Right on posting this dude! I have the same problem, but, just to tell you, its .jms format but if you're using Gearbox's video tutorial files then I can see how it sounds like that.
P/S: In the tutorial it says he's using 3ds Max 5...

ya, i dont know...Ive gone on to modeling my own level except the ground.

its my first real "project" here's a preview...if only i could EXPORT it...

Look for the Blitzkrieg exporter for Max 6. It works with 7 and 8.
And the correct file extension is .JMS. Never forget that.

and make sure you but the dle file in the plugins folder for 3dsm and the dll's in the system 32 folder (maybe system depending on your OS)
