HMT Problem

Is it just my comp because everytime i download and try to open Hmt so i can extract a dds file i get an error saying that it cant open it does anyone know what the problem is?

If you're talking about opening a Halo CE map with the Halo Map Tools program, it can't be done without other programs.
Just do what I said and download the .NET framework overnight, or over a few days. Firefox's d/l manager, as well as every other d/l manager ever made, has a "Pause" button for a reason. Then get the HEK+ and extract the bitmap (but make sure you ask the map maker if it's alright to use their stuff, first, out of common courtesy).

no i am talking aboutit wont open at all when i clcik theicon i get an error

A. this is the Skinning and Modeling section
B. if you have winrar and u downloaded HMT, U have to extract all the files into the same folder with winrar so if u have HMT on your desktop and the other stuff that came in the file u downloaded is in a different folder, it weont work

yea thats what happens...its not that long of a dl....it only took me like 1 hr and a 1/2
