A30 Map (need help)

k, i managed to get my favorite SP map and i want to use it in an MP for CE and i had to go through all da painful process to get this 3d model correct, since the polygons come all seperate and all facing wrong directions, but i am just a very terrible skinner and i will need some one that is capable of getting this correct and actualy having it skinned
heres a couple of pics of what i got (boy would i feel stupid if there was an easier way to get this map)
if i manage to get a team (currently its just me) this would be a huge map (i havnt played or seen hugeass or those big maps so i dont kno if this is bigger)

I tried and tried but im not very good at skinning and i think i would need a talented skinner to help out on this one.

noice but why?Everyone has now these days the original scenario in Sapien and 3ds max.

Nice work, but you don't have to do that, you can just extract the scenerio with HEKPlus out of the original map, open it, and just turn it into an MP map by clicking on the top pull-down menu

And if you want the bsp+ texture in 3ds max just use Jahrain BSp extracor and woot

thnx, i am not good with hek so would some 1 be kind enough to walk me through SuperSunnys method, i tried the jahrain bsp extractor but the app isnt working, lol, just when i got everything done correctly like having the polygons facing the correct direction (jahrain bsp extractor doesnt solve that problem so i would have to turn over all those polygons all over agian, so many) and i got every single open edge or other errors out the way

Download that. Install it. Open it, and update to the latest version.
After that, open up a30.map from Halo PC. Once opened, in HEKPlus, go to levels\a30 (the folder). Right click on the .scenerio file. click extract. Then, check the "Recursive" checkbox. Click ok, and wait! Tada!

k, i did it but i ended up with a bunch of tags, i wanted the model cuz im goin to remodel it, well actualy just change it around and i was gonna do an indoor area

With Jahrain's BSP extractor, extract the .structure_bsp tag. It'll save the UV maps. Just apply the textures in the proper places, and it should appear fine.
